Take a look at the exciting activities Cub Scouting and Pack 37 offers. Pack 37 is primarily made up of boys from Sixes Elementary School, Cherokee Charter Academy, homeschoolers, and more. Cub Scouting is a wonderful way for your son to meet other boys his age, have common interests with others, and also do many exciting things together. Cub Scouting teaches boys the fundamentals of good character, integrity and good citizenship. Every activity that we do is geared toward making it a FAMILY event. Pack 37 encourages siblings to take part as well. We meet on Tuesday nights from 6:30 – 7:30 during the school year, and offer many opportunities for events on weekends and throughout the summer.

We camp several times per year. Hiking, having campfires, fishing, playing games, shooting BB guns, and practicing archery are just a few of the activities. We've camped on aircraft carriers, an Air Force base, inside a cave, and nearby on Lake Allatoona. One of our favorite camping trips is to one of the best BSA facilities in the country:  The Bert Adams Scout Reservation. It's located in Covington, GA and provides an opportunity to camp and participate in activities with hundreds of other Cub Scouts.

We have "Go See It" trips to local fire and police stations, museums, businesses, and more. We take hikes on local nature trails and have police K9 units, animal shows, and sometimes magicians at our Pack Meetings. Annual Cubmobile Races, Pinewood Derby, and water bottle rockets are a big hit, too!

We develop boys' character by teaching citizenship, respect, spiritual growth, values, and personal achievement, all while having fun and lots of adventure.
